Плебейское выражение "шарить в (некоей области знаний)" в смысле "неплохо разбираться" бытовало в конце 70х - начале 80х. Одобрительно говорили: ну ты шаришь! С распространением интернета оно потеряло иносказательно положительный смысл и приобрело буквальный, но с негативным оттенком. Ну я шарю нащот (). Пошарил по интернету, нашел ответ. Нихуя не разобрался.
